The Fall Recruiting season typically lasts from late August to late October or early November. This is probably the last week to send out your application materials to the larger firms. Even if things did not work out well this season, you can try again in a few months. The spring recruiting season begins late January through March of the following year. At that time, many smaller and medium size firms will be hiring and the job application process will begin again.
