Sending your job application to employers involves sending sensitive information including your resumé, cover letter, writing sample, and perhaps other sensitive documents. We will only use this information to enhance your experience with the site. We do not share this information with anyone outside of Resumé Launchpad. Occasionally, someone working for Resumé Launchpad may look at your application materials to make sure you are using the site for its intended purpose or to resolve issues before they become problems. As of this writing there is only one person working for Resumé Launchpad and no one else will have access. Access to your materials is limited to what is necessary to enhance your user experience. We will not use your materials for any other purpose, including our own curiosity.
You may delete your application materials from our servers at any time. To delete a cover letter, simply pull up the cover letter, select everything, delete it, and click save. To delete any email attachments, click the delete button next to attachment.
By logging on to our website, you are also giving your email address to Google, through the Google accounts log in mechanism. Google's privacy policy can be found here.
Cookies - When you visit our site, we send one or more cookies to your computer. We use cookies to improve the quality of our service, including for enabling quick-login to our site.
Log information - When you access Google services our servers automatically record certain information. These server logs may include information such as your web request, your interaction with a service, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser or your account.

Search Engine & Ad Tracking - When you visit our site through a search engine or web-advertisement we collect information that you use to reach our site and correlate that information to how you use that site. This information is used to better tailor our ads and evaluate their performance but in no event will we release this information to any third party.
If you abuse Resumé Launchpad's services we reserve the right to use any information that you have submitted or that we have collected to protect our rights or seek an action against you. We sincerely hope it will not come to this. Abuses of the site are defined in our Terms of Use.
If we use this information in a manner different than the purpose for which it was collected, then we will ask for your consent prior to such use.
Your data is stored on servers operated by Google through the Google App Engine website hosting product. Google maintains world-class servers and takes appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent.
